Yes It's 2008 and it's carnival time again...

Staveley Carnival Community Arts Project is creating one of the most exciting events in South Lakeland "The Staveley`Carnival".

Brought to life again in the year 2000 by Shelly Barlow, the Staveley Carnival has been held every two years since and has been a great success!

The last carnival was held back in 2006 and a great day was had by all from those that participate in the event to those that just wanted to soak up the atmosphere...

Staveley Carnival Weekend is being held on Fri 11th, Sat 12th & Sun 13th July 2008

Overall Carnival theme is 'Wings of Our Time':

The 4 sub themes are:
Ancient Wings, colours = red, gold, wine
Contemporary Wings, colours = lime/yellow, cerise and green
Futuristic Wings, colours = black, white and turquoise
Magical Wings, colours = light blue, silver, purple/lilac

  here is now a new driving instructor in your area, his name is Wayne, you may have seen his car "Key Driver training" He is also the creator of this website and is now providing driving tuition in Kendal and surrounding areas.
